In the original, the eyes aren't quite aligned right with the head itself, and the back side (her left side) of the face seems to be a bit, err... how should I say it, more extended to front than the angle would suggest. At least that's the feeling I got after I looked at it after the critique I got.

Dunno if the critiquer likes the changes, but I think it's better in version 2.

I think version 2 does look a little better, but it's a tough call. Looking at both versions side by side, there's things I like about version 1 that look off in version 2 to me. Sorry, I'm not trying to give you a hard time--my critique of v1 was just what I thought looked a little strange.
Either one will look great IMO. And as you said in your reply to me, you're probably right about coloring smoothing the form out a bit.

Well, I think her left shoulder looks a little "tense" in v2. I think it should be lowered a tiny bit.
I also slightly prefer the way the legs looked in v1. Maybe that's just me, though.

The shoulder may indeed need a little bit more editing. I'll look into it next time I edit the pic.

Age: I was thinking around 18/19. She seems a lot younger then your other characters.
